The Optris range of PI thermal imaging cameras are ideal for a huge range of applications both portable and permanently fixed. With up to 120 Hz frame rate it is possible to see detail otherwise almost impossible to measure. With their small size, low weight and simple USB 2.0 connectivity they really can be fitted just about anywhere and would be ideal for operation in the confines of critical machinary. Automatic Hot Spot Detection

The software can be configured to detect hot and cold spots automatically and if necessary activate an alarm to notify you of such a condition.

Fast Temperature Analysis

With the PI series of thermal imaging cameras, surface temperature can displayed precisely with an interval as short as one millisecond.

Extensive Software Package with Linescanner Mode

Each Optris PI camera is supplied with PI Connect, a fully featured thermal analysis software suite that enables you to get the most from your camera. No additional software is needed.

The software gives you the capability to analyse data either on a live image or on a recorded video or still image. Full functionaility is retained across all image types.

Also included is a powerful line scanning mode which renders other line scanning products as expensive relics.

PI200 with Bi-Spectral Technology - IR and Visual Images from one camera

The new PI200 infrared thermal imaging camera now incorporates a visual camera alongside the infrared camera giving you dual images on your screen which allow even greater flexibility when analysing temperature. The images can be viewed separately or simultaneously.

Easy Process Integration

A flexible approach to the camera interface makes it easy to incorporate the PI into your process.

• USB can be extended up to 100 metres or up to 10km over Ethernet with fibre optic cable.
• Process Interface (PIF) allow analogue input and output (0-10V) of various variable and control functions plus a digital input for remote trigger functions.
• Software inface DLL files included as standard to allow use with Comport and Labview.
