Optris CT Series - Electronics in Enclosure

The Optris CT series are a further evolution of the CS and CSmicro designs. Utilising the same miniature sensing head as the CSmicro, the electronics are now housed in a remote enclosure which gives the customer even more options with respect to outputs and digital interfaces.

The electronics enclosure also includes its own digital LCD display giving a display of temperature at all times. This is colour coded in line with alarm settings giving a visible display of any alarm condition. Finally all configuration options are available via the front panel removing the need to use a PC to configure the sensor.

The measuring capabilities of the CT series are taken to the next level with a capability to measure up to 2200°C and an ambient temperature for the sensing head of up to 250°C without any cooling. High quality optics make the CT a valuable addition to any process.
