Mounting brackets for CS and CT infrared sensors

Mechanical Accessories

 

Designed to make installation of your Optris infrared temperature sensor easier. Extensive mechanical accessories are available for the compact infrared thermometers. Mounting brackets, mounting bolt and mounting forks are available for all stainless steel sensing heads (threads M12x1). A laser sighting help can be adjusted with the help of a special mounting bracket.

Optical Accessories

 

Optical accessories, such as Close Focus (CF) lenses, are available for all sensing heads of the compact series of sensors. The measurement of small objects, from 0.6 mm, is therefore made possible. The lens can be combined with a laminar air purge collar via an external thread. The lens is also available as a pure protecting window for the lens. An additional 90° mirror lens is available for the M12x1 thread.

Air Purge Collars

 

If a device is used in dusty surroundings we recommend the use of an air purge collar it order to keep the sensing window clean. The laminar air purge collar is available for all M12x1 sensing head threads. The air outlet to the side avoids cooling of the object when the sensor is mounted close to the object being measured. The laminar air purge collar is adjustable with a mounting bracket.

The protective housings for the compact series are available in brass, anodized aluminum or stainless steel. A protective pipe can be adjusted to the massive housing as a reflection cover (except CX devices).

The rail mount adapter plate is used to mount the electronic box onto mounting rails. The closed cover of the electronics enclosure ensures that parameters are not changed wihout authority.

CT digital interface cards

All devices of the CT compact series with a separate electronic box consist of a modular plug slot at the box. Interfaces are therefore flexible to change. Available modules are: USB, RS232, RS485, CAN-Bus, Profibus DP and Ethernet.

The real time software optris Compact Connect allows simple and configuration of the fixed infrared thermometers from the compact and high performance series. The following applications are available:

  • Temperature data analysis and documentation.

The software optris Compact Connect is compatible with all netbooks, notebooks and PC systems via Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
